Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie (born on November 24, 1982) is an American political commentator. She was previously a presidential hopeful, as a host from the US at MSNBC and a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, former co-host and host of the show The Hill's Rising together with Saagarenjeti. Enjeti and Ball decided to end the show in the month of May 2021. This was to allow for the release of Breaking Points (Krystal and Saagar). Ball hosts with Kyle Kulinski on the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. Her guest appearances include on Fox News, CNN and Fox News. As of 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball is adamant about her interest in politics to her experience as a new mom during the 2008 primaries. She also watched the US presidential election from Jordan as she was working there. She was able to observe how the election affected those in the country, and thus became aware of the global impact US politics has on people around the world. She was a senior fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was chosen by the Democratic Party to represent Virginia's 1st Congressional District in the 2010 election. She lost to Rob Wittman. She was co-host of The Cycle on MSNBC show The Cycle from June 2012 until July 2015. She established the People's House Project (a political action committee that supports Democratic causes) in May 2017.
