Jennifer Rene Psaki
Jennifer Rene Psaki (American political advisor) was the 34th White House secretary. She served this role from 2021-2022. As a part of the Democratic Party, she previously worked in the Obama administration as the White House deputy press secretary (2009) as well as the White House deputy communications director (2009-2011) and the spokesperson of the United States Department of State (2013-2015) and as the White House communications director (2015-2017. Psaki was a CNN political contributor between 2017 until 2020. Psaki started her career as an Iowa Democratic senator, Tom Harkin, and then became the governor of Iowa. Psaki was then appointed the press secretary deputy for John Kerry's 2004 presidential election campaign. Psaki served from 2005 to 2006 as communications director to Joseph Crowley, U.S. representative, and as regional press secretary to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Psaki was the press secretary to President Obama's 2012 reelection campaigns. [20] Psaki was appointed spokesperson for the United States Department of State in February 2013. 20 years ago, she was employed at the Department of State to fill the White House Press Secretary Jay Carney's position.[21However, Josh Earnest took his place on May 30,2014. She returned to the White House in 2015 to become the communications director. She was with the Obama administration until the end of its term.
